single tank furnace is the new type of furnace , there is always three inner pots together, after you finish the first carbonizating, then replace the second one,then the furnace can keep working the whole day, then improve the output.the raw materials cound be lots of things, like wood logs, coconut shells, bamboo, palm tree leaves, apple trees, tree branches,ect.

The vertical tank carbonization furnace is an ideal equipment for anoxic carbonization and carbonization. It has a reasonable structure and saves heating energy consumption. It adopts a past tense hot steam cooling system with fast cooling speed and high quality charcoal, which greatly shortens the production cycle. The horizontal condenser can recover forest tar.
The energy-saving carbonization furnace produces charcoal by carbonizing firewood or other carbonaceous material rods through anoxic carbonization. The heating and carbonization curve is shown in the figure below.

1. Check whether the fan rotates smoothly and smoothly.
2. Check whether there is water leakage in the water passage test in the condenser.
3. Check whether the joints of various components are tight, and whether the sealing rock wool of the furnace door and fire door is sufficient.
4. Connect wood tar pipes.
5. After everything is normal, load the bars into the furnace, and put the bars in the steel frame made by yourself, and the size of the frame is determined by yourself.
6. Close the oven door when full.
7. Light the fuel in the pilot furnace, start the induced draft fan, close the upper fire door, open the lower fire door, adjust the valve of the smoke outlet, and make the flue in a dredging state.
8. When thick smoke comes out of the smoke outlet, remove the pilot furnace, install the flange of the ignition port, and continue to lead the phoenix.
9. Heating and cooling are carried out according to the heating and carbonization curves.
