frist of all, you need to make sure your raw materials are ok or not. for the mositure content,and final charcoal shape you need, then we customized the charcoal production line for you.

second,converting your raw materials into charcoal, make sure the materials size are ok to feed into the carbonization furnace to do the heating process, you will get charcoal pieces after 7-8hours.during the carbonization process, you can link the extral gas out as heating resource for other machines
