what he is using the coconut shells, he collect lots of coconut shells in stocks, what he has is continuous carbonization furnace, charcoal crusher,mixer, charcoal briquette machine.

as you can see, his workers feed in the coconut shells into the crushers to crush into pieces, then we put the coconut shells into the furnace to get charcoal, and he get nice charcoal pieces from the furnace.the cabonization furance will get charcoal pieces continuously from the furnace.
when you get charcoal pieces, you need to crush them into powder, then next go with the charcoal extruder machine to make briquettes, and his charcoal briquettes was sold to germany, the charcoal quality is very good, and nice feedback from them.you can see the pictures below, how he make the biquettes himself by using inke machines.
